Delete your Farm Yo account and data
You can request deletion of your Farm Yo account and its associated personal data, even if you cannot sign in or have uninstalled the app. You can also request deletion of specific personal data without closing your account.

Send a request
- Email info@coregrid.it.com with the subject “Farm Yo account and data deletion request”.
- Tell us the farm name or code and the email address, username or phone number associated with your account.
- Say whether you want your account and associated data deleted or only specific personal data. Describe any specific data request.
Do not send your password or identity documents in the first email. If the email button does not open a mail app, copy the address above into your email service.
What happens next
Coregrid IT Solutions verifies that the request relates to your account before changing access or deleting data. We may contact you through the account’s registered details or coordinate with your farm administrator. After verification, we delete the account and associated personal data within a reasonable period, except for information we must retain as explained below. We will respond with the outcome and any retained categories.
Information that may be retained
Account deletion does not automatically erase a farm’s shared business records. Certain payroll, financial, operational or audit records may need to remain for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, disputes or legitimate farm accountability. We delete or de-identify personal details in those records where permitted and explain why particular information must be kept.
