Farm Yo Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Coregrid IT Solutions, the operator of Farm Yo, handles information in the Farm Yo website and installed app. Your farm or organisation controls which people can use its workspace and what farm records they enter.

Information we handle
- Account and contact details, such as names, usernames, email addresses, phone numbers, farm memberships, roles and sign-in identifiers.
- Records users choose to enter about farms, animals and flocks; milk and egg production; feed, stock and purchases; sales, accounts and payments; tasks, staff, attendance, leave and payroll.
- Photos, documents and files that authorised users upload, which may contain personal information.
- Service information needed for operation and security, such as audit history, sign-in activity, device and connection details, notification settings and push-delivery identifiers.
Camera, photo and file access is used when you choose a feature that needs it. Notifications can be controlled in device settings. Some supported work may remain on a device while offline and synchronise after a connection returns.
Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide the farm workflows you request, save and synchronise records, calculate reports, deliver relevant alerts, support users, investigate faults or misuse, maintain an audit trail and meet applicable legal or contractual duties. We do not sell personal data for advertising.
Who can access it
Authorised people in your farm can access information according to their assigned roles. Coregrid IT Solutions and service providers supporting hosting, storage, security, sign-in, notification delivery and customer support may process information needed to run Farm Yo. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. A farm administrator determines its users and access levels.
Security and device storage
We use access controls, separated farm workspaces, protected sessions and encrypted connections for information sent to the service. The app may keep supported records on a device for offline work; protect that device with a screen lock and report lost devices or suspected account misuse promptly. No service can guarantee absolute security.
How long information is kept
Information is retained while needed to operate the account and farm workspace, maintain business and audit history, resolve disputes, protect the service and satisfy applicable obligations. The period varies with the record and the farm’s requirements. A verified deletion request results in deletion or de-identification of associated personal data unless specific information must be kept for a lawful or legitimate reason, such as payroll, financial or audit obligations. We explain applicable retention when responding to a request.
Your choices and contact
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, subject to your role and applicable requirements. Farm administrators can manage user access and correct many farm records. To contact the operator directly, email info@coregrid.it.com. Do not send your password or identity documents in your first message.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as Farm Yo, its providers or applicable requirements change. The date above shows the latest version; significant changes may also be announced in the app.
